According to Cleveland Police, 25-year-old Jeremy Boone turned himself in on Monday after he was involved in a hit-skip incident Wednesday night, November 23.

Last Wednesday, a 10-year-old boy and his 12-year-old brother were crossing Lee Road in a crosswalk when they were struck by Boone's vehicle. The boy had injuries to the head and leg areas but was treated and released from the hospital.
