One person is dead after a crash on Cleveland's east side Wednesday morning.
Police at the scene said a car slammed into a Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority bus stop. The driver took off after a traffic stop.
One person was killed and another was taken to a local hospital by EMS, police reported. The victim was identified as a 60-year-old man.
The RTA bus shelter was destroyed.
No further information was provided.
