A Metro PCS cellphone store on the east side of Cleveland was robbed by three men Thursday.

Store owner, Saed Suleman, said he saw three young men in hoodies pass his store in the 11000 block of Superior Avenue a few times before they entered with a gun.

The robbers ordered a customer inside the store to the ground. The three men began to stuff a backpack with phones.

“He was like: ‘man, I need it. I was like take whatever you want,” said Suleman. “I just thought about my kids.”

Suleman said some of the packages that were stolen were empty phone boxes, but much of the money earned from selling cellphones goes toward buying turkeys for families.

Suleman mentioned that the area around his store has heavy surveillance. He is offering a $500 reward to anyone who helps police find the robbers.
