A man who was found dead in a car on a street on Cleveland's east side Friday has been identified.
The Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner identified the man as 22-year-old Brandon Blackburn.
Blackburn's death is being investigated as a homicide.
Cleveland police said the man was found in a car on East 53rd Street near Mound Avenue around 2 p.m. Friday.
No further information was released.
