James, an Akron native, took to Twitter to voice his displeasure with violence overtaking the city.

The baby was shot near East 143rd Street and Spear Avenue, according to police.
This is the third deadly drive-by shooting of a child in one month for Cleveland. Along with the 6-month-old baby, two boys ages 3 and 5 were killed in September.
