CLEVELAND - Kandace Edwards is scared.
The young mother returned home Thursday morning to find her front door had been kicked in and her house robbed for the fourth time.
"They robbed me blind," she said.
Her security system apparently didn't help. The thieves took the television set she bought to replace the last one that was stolen. They also helped themselves to jewelry, cash, clothing and even food out of the refrigerator.
Edwards lives on Palda Drive on the southeast side of Cleveland. She said neighbors on both sides of her have also been robbed. So has a neighbor across the street.
"We need help," she said. "We're not safe here. Somebody's going to get hurt. Somebody's going to get killed."
