Two horses were seized in Cleveland after a warrant was issued by the Cuyahoga County court.
The Cleveland Animal Protective League said the horses are currently under the care of a veterinarian for health reasons.
In the pictures provided by the Cleveland APL, which can be viewed in the player above, the horses appear to be severely malnourished.
