Firefighters battled flames across Cuyahoga County early Wednesday morning.

Cleveland firefighters were called to a home just after 4 a.m. in the 11900 block of Beulah Avenue where flames could be seen coming from the roof of the two-story home.

A neighbor told News 5 that the people living in the home had just recently moved in but were not home when the fire broke out.

Firefighters struggled to pull back the siding and roofing material to get access to the fire that was mainly burning on the second floor of the home.

No injuries were reported.

A second house fire broke out on Henderson Road in Cleveland Heights that required additional fire units to respond.

Police at the scene told News 5 that everyone got out safe and no injuries were reported.

No word on a cause but the fire did do significant damage to the upper floors of the two-story home.
