The eastbound lanes of Carnegie Avenue between East 9th and East 12th are closed until further notice due to a water main break.
According to the City of Cleveland, the westbound lanes on Carnegie will remain open and divided into one eastbound and on westbound lane to keep traffic moving in both directions,
Drivers are advised to consider alternate routes or proceed cautiously in the area as crews try to fix the 30-inch break.
