The Cuyahoga County Justice Center will close at noon due to a water issue.
An email was sent out to justice center staff Monday morning, saying a water issue in the courts tower was being addressed.
Judges were told to cancel all afternoon proceedings.
Water pressure in the building is not expected to be restored until sometime Monday afternoon.
