On March 9, a truck from Big Blue Trucking was in the westbound lanes on I-90 with its trailer raised when it hit the pedestrian bridge near East 117th Street, police said.

Crews dismantled the heavily damaged bridge while the highway was closed in both directions over the weekend.

No injuries were reported, but the dump truck flipped during the crash.

The damaged bridge will cost $5 million to replace, according to Cleveland City Councilman Mike Polensek.
