Cleveland's portable traffic cameras move to new locations to catch speeding drivers

CLEVELAND - The city of Cleveland's portable camera units used to catch traffic violations are on the move again.

The 15 cameras moved to new locations Aug. 14 and will stay until Sept. 4.
