Right before the Republican National Convention people went to the Cleveland Police Patrolman's Association to drop off water, Gatorade, snacks, and supplies for officers who were working in the record number crowds.

Now they're passing on the food and water to the Philadelphia Police department in preparation for the Democratic National Convention.

But the police aren't the only ones donating food to Philly. Local restaurants that have a surplus of food left over are also getting in on the action.

Two local businesses including Cantanese Classic Seafood are donating their refrigerated trucks to transport all of the donations. Both trucks will be loaded Monday afternoon.
