CLEVELAND, Ohio - Cleveland Police and the FBI are searching for suspect after bank robbery on Harvard Avenue Saturday afternoon.
The Charter One Bank located at 16622 Harvard Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio was robbed around 1:20p.m.
The subject is described as a black male, approximately 5'10" - 6', in his early to mid 20s. The subject was wearing an orange fleece jacket, grey baseball style cap with an American Flag insignia. The suspect verbally demanded money from the victim teller. No weapon was seen or implied.
Tips can be provided either to the Cleveland FBI at 216-522-1400 or the Cleveland Division of Police. Reward money is available for information leading to the successful identification and prosecution of the individual(s) responsible for this robbery. Tips can remain anonymous.
This is the second bank robbery to happen in the Northeast Ohio area Saturday. Earlier in the morning, the Key Bank on Turney Road in Garfield Heights was robbed (story here:
It is not believed that the two robberies are related at this time.
