CLEVELAND - More than 40 couples came out to Tower City in Cleveland to get hitched or renew their vows for Valentine's Day on Monday.
On the most romantic day of the year, judges from Cleveland Municipal Court were on-hand to perform the ceremonies, as couples lined up to say "I do."
Daniel and Jessica Pieffer have been dating for a year and Monday marked their anniversary.
"We've known each other for 11 years, but we never dated before or anything. We were just kind friends and finally, got together," Daniel said.
Many people on their lunch breaks and shoppers were there to witness this joyous moment. This was the third year for the Tower City wedding ceremonies.
