CLEVELAND - A Cleveland mom has been indicted for not controlling her kids at Tower City.
Cuyahoga County prosecutors indicted Myra Shephard on Monday, charging her with endangering children, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
The indictment comes after Shephard's two 4-year-old kids were reportedly riding big wheels in Tower City, up and down the handicap ramps and steps, creating a safety issue to patrons.
Shephard was reportedly warned and later got into an argument with sheriff's deputies.
Shephard is scheduled for arraignment on May 14 at 8:30 a.m.
