CLEVELAND - The Cleveland chef who has attracted visitors and attention to his two unique downtown Cleveland restaurants is opening a third restaurant in a growing neighborhood.
Chef Jonathon Sawyer posted a video on YouTube Tuesday night announcing that he will open a second Noodlecat location in at the West Side Market in Ohio City.
He called it a "slurpalicious" announcement, since the restaurant features Japanese-style noodle cuisine.
Sawyer said he's proud to be a part of the market's 100th anniversary.
"I was so inspired by my relationship with it, that we decided to open up a Noodlecat in the West Side Market."
Sawyer said the new Noodlecat will open in April. His other restaurants are "The Greenhouse Tavern" on East Fourth Street and Noodlecat on Euclid Avenue just west of East Fourth.
