Carlos Garcia-Toro, previous fugitive of the week wanted for homicide, arrested by Cleveland police

Peter Marquez-Marquez, also known as Carlos Garcia-Toro, was arrested by Cleveland police on Sunday.
Authorities said Garcia-Torro was wanted for a homicide from March.
Officials said Garcia-Toro was a suspect in a shooting from March 9 in the 3100 block of West 43rd Street. The incident left Reyes dead and a 15-year-old boy injured.
