Brothers wanted for murder after bystander shot and killed on Columbia Avenue in Cleveland

CLEVELAND - Two brothers are wanted for the murder of a bystander caught in the crossfire.

Carvin Catron, 22, and Jonathon Catron, 24, were involved in an exchange of gunfire on Columbia Avenue, Cleveland police said.

That's when 20-year-old James D. Swindler III was shot in the abdomen and killed. Police said he was not involved in the altercation.

Both Catrons are wanted for aggravated murder. They are considered armed and dangerous.
