A 17-year-old boy from Cleveland's west side pleaded not guilty to a felonious assault charge stemming from a hate crime attack on the city's west side.
CLEVELAND - A 17-year-old Cleveland male pleaded not guilty to a felonious assault charge stemming from a hate crime attack on the city's west side.
The teen is the second suspect arrested in connection with the assault of Jared Fox, who was walking home from Cleveland Cocktails located at 9208 Detroit Avenue when he was attacked by a group of males .
The teen suspect was out on probation for a previous felony when he was arrested.
If convicted, the teen faces jail time until he is 21 years old.
