CLEVELAND - Bishop Richard Lennon announced the start of the 2013 Catholic Charities Annual Appeal on Friday at Fatima Family Center.
During the announcement, Lennon also stated that the organization surpassed its 2012 goal of $10.5 million in pledges.
Each year, Catholic Charities assists close to 300,000 people in need throughout the eight-county Catholic Diocese of Cleveland through more than 150 programs and services available at over 60 sites.
