CLEVELAND - The Horseshoe Casino Cleveland is celebrating summer with a festival in Public Square on Friday.
The free event runs from noon to 10:30 p.m. and is open to those 21 and over. It features four live bands and appearances from the Bally's Las Vegas Jubilee showgirls, who will give away $1.2 million in prizes.
The festival will also have a beer garden, with all proceeds going to the Cleveland Police Foundation. Restaurants like B Spot, Morton's Steakhouse, Muse, Pickwick and Frolic, and Rosie and Rocco's will be on-hand.
The night will end with a fireworks and laser show finale.

2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.: Cleveland's Breakfast Club (‘80s)
5 p.m.: Prize giveaways begin
