Avoid the parking headaches at Cleveland's 'Feast of the Assumption'

The 115th Annual "Feast of the Assumption" is underway in Cleveland's Little Italy.

The four-day festival, which commemorates the Virgin Mary going to Heaven, started Thursday with a mass and procession on Mayfield Road. It ends on Sunday with prayer and fireworks.

On Friday, the feast begins at 6 p.m. and goes until midnight, and includes food, carnival rides and live music. For a complete list of events, click here.

For Clevelanders who want to avoid a parking headache, RTA's bus No. 9 runs through Little Italy.  Another option- the Rapid's Red Line will drop you off at Euclid Avenue and East 120th.

If you do decide to drive yourself, you can pay $8 to park in a lot on Euclid Avenue near East 117th or $5 to leave your vehicle at a lot on Overlook Road and Edgehill Road.
