An accident involving 3-4 vehicles occurred at East 116th Street and Honeydale Avenue, Cleveland Fire reported on Tuesday.
The department said the crash was serious.
Paramedics said two people were transported to the hospital in critical condition. A third person was treated for minor injuries.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
