Got someone on your gift list who has everything? How about a two-night stay in Cleveland's "A Christmas Story" House?

Living the life of Riley is one thing—but living the life of Ralphie is another.

Once again the folks at Cleveland's "A Christmas Story" House are offering a two-night stay at the Tremont landmark to the highest bidder. The online eBay auction started Monday, Dec. 1 at 5:30 p.m. and will run for seven days.

The highest bidder will win a two-night stay—Christmas Eve and Christmas evening—for four people and $800 in gifts including your own leg lamp and a Red Ryder BB Gun you can test out in the backyard Christmas morning.

"We will have a BB gun range set up for the person so can take their BB gun, run outside and hopefully not shoot their eye out," said Steve Siedlecki, Executive Director of "A Christmas Story" House and Museum.

"It's a great experience. Fans love to come here. Now is their chance to actually stay in the house on Christmas so what better way to spend Christmas than in the Christmas Story house," he said.

In the past the prize package sold in the $4,000-to-$6,000 range with all the proceeds going to benefit the "A Christmas Story House Foundation," a non-profit that raises money to help homeowners in this Tremont neighborhood with upgrades.

"Whether it be a roof or siding or gutters or landscaping, porch repair, repaint their house," Siedlecki said.

"We bring a lot of people in here, about 40 to 50,000-plus a year. It's a small little neighborhood so what we wanted to do is now we have a chance to give back to the neighborhood," he said.

With money raised through the Christmas stay auction and the annual run, which will be held this year on Dec. 5, they've awarded $125,000 in grants over the last two years.

"100 percent of the proceeds go to that and come beginning of spring next year neighbors can apply for improvements to their house," he said.
