CLEVELAND - Cleveland police say a 16-year-old and 19-year-old were both shot after an argument at a house party led to gunfire into a crowd of people.
The incident happened around 1:30 a.m. Sunday in the 11000 block of Castlewood Ave.
When officers responded to the call for help, they found a large crowd of people outside and two injured lying on the ground.
Authorities said the 16-year-old was shot in his lower back and the 19-year-old in his leg.
A preliminary investigation reveals the suspected shooter arrived at the party in a silver SUV and an argument sparked between those already at the party and those inside the SUV.
Witnesses said they saw the SUV pull onto the lawn, then back up, firing into the crowd of people outside.
Both teens who were shot are being treated at a local hospital.
