CLEVELAND - Members of the Cleveland Indians front office staff teamed up with Rebuilding Together to help fix up two homes in Cleveland Thursday.
Indians staffers scrapped paint, did some painting, and landscaped two homes located in the 1400 block of East 109th Street. Slider was scheduled to make an appearance to give the volunteers encouragement.
Rebuilding Together is a national non-profit. Its mission is to preserve affordable housing by bringing volunteers, organizations and communities together to restore the home of low income homeowners.
