An arrest warrant has been issued for one man wanted in connection to the January double homicide at a Warehouse District apartment.

Police say James Johnson, 29, and another unidentified man barged their way into The Archer apartment complex on Jan. 21, robbing four people before opening fire.

Two people died in the shooting—35-year-old Rasheed Bandy and 27-year-old Brandon James. The other two people inside the apartment were uninjured.

Cuyahoga County court records show Johnson was convicted of aggravated robbery and kidnapping in 2007. One year later, he was found guilty of conspiracy to commit aggravated robbery.
