Akron police are looking for the man they say is responsible for shooting three people in an Akron barbershop last week.

Police identified 24-year-old Robert Lash Rodgers as the suspect in the shooting. His last known address is in the 1200 block of Hardesty Boulevard.

On Dec. 1 around 11 a.m. police say Rodgers was sitting in a barber chair at  R.P’s Blade Academy Barbershop on West Exchange Street getting ready for a haircut when a 20-year-old man walked in and began arguing with him.

Rodgers allegedly pulled out a handgun and fired several shots at the man.

The man and two other people were struck by bullets.

Detectives are asking for help from the public in finding Rodgers. He is about 5-foot 5-inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds.

He is considered armed and dangerous.
