LeBron James 'I Promise' charity video: Akron Public Schools students inspired to stay in school

AKRON, Ohio - LeBron James inspires kids all over the country to make a promise to stay in school with his "I Promise" charity video.

Throughout the minute video posted to YouTube, the children are seen wearing I PROMISE bracelets, promising to never give up, to stay in school, to always try their best, to be helpful and respectful, to make good choices and above all else, "to finish school."

One student says, "thanks for everything you do for us. Because you never gave up, I will never give up."

Students are also seen holding signs congratulating LeBron James on winning an NBA title with the Miami Heat. They're also seen showing pictures they've drawn of the NBA MVP with the words "proud of Mr. LeBron."
