Good Morning America's Robin Roberts in Akron to interview LeBron James

AKRON, Ohio - Good Morning America's Robin Roberts walked the halls St. Vincent/St. Mary High School with LeBron James.

She is working on a story on LeBron and his foundation.

"You always know LeBron James is from Akron, Ohio and proud of it," said Roberts.

Roberts has Akron connections, as her mother lived here.

Earlier this year, Roberts received the Arthur Ashe Courage Award at the ESPY Awards for her well-publicized health issues. LeBron James was on stage to present her the award.

Producers tell us the story is scheduled to air on Good Morning America Tuesday, August 13.
