A suspect has been charged with rape after he allegedly sexually assaulted a 31-year-old female Burger King employee when she went in to clean the men's bathroom, Akron police reported Monday.
Keith Brandon, 49, was arrested and charged after officers apprehended him at the Transit Center on South Broadway Street, according to authorities.
Police reported the incident occurred at the Burger King located at 671 East Market Street around 11 a.m. Friday.
Brandon is in the Summit County Jail pending his arraignment.
