A man was found dead inside a burning home in Akron Friday morning.
Akron firefighters say they were only a few streets away when they got a call about a large house fire.
Fire crews arrived at the home on Victory Street to find the home fully engulfed in flames. The roof and walls had also collapsed.
When firefighters felt it was safe to enter the home, they found a man who appeared to be in his 60s dead inside.
The Akron Fire Department is investigating the cause of the fire.
