An Akron man turned himself into police Sunday for the shooting death of Marvin T. Rocker in October.
Robert D. Foster, 37, was booked into Summit County Jail.
Rocker was found Oct. 4 in a driveway on the 1000 block of Peckham Street with a fatal gunshot wound to the head, police said.
