Candy store owner creates meth-like candy after 'Breaking Bad' TV show

Drug show inspires candy creation

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - The city of Albuquerque, N.M., is the backdrop for a popular T.V. show about the dangerous world of drugs and crime, and a candy store owner is trying to capitalize on the show's fame.

"Breaking Bad," which airs on AMC, is about a teacher who becomes a meth dealer after he's been diagnosed with Stage III cancer.

Debby Hall, known as the Candy Lady in Albuquerque, has become inspired to deal some of her own drugs-- in the form of candy.

The meth-inspired candy is crushed up in colored rock candy.

She says tourists are eating them up and they have already gone through several hundred bags.  Each bag sells for $1.
