RICHMOND HEIGHTS, Ohio -- The trial for a 16-year-old accused of writing racist graffiti in a school bathroom is set to start Monday, NewsChannel5 reported. The teen faces ethnic intimidation and inducing panic charges. The message said that black students would die by noon on that school day. The threat frightened many students into leaving school early after calling their parents on cell phones.Police reviewed surveillance cameras and writing samples before questioning the student.She confessed, but a judge later ruled that the police coerced the teen to confess.
