CLEVELAND -- It was found on Friday that Cleveland City Councilman Zack Reed has completed all the terms of his probation, which came as a result of being convicted of DUI charges last spring.

Reed appeared at a hearing to check on his compliance with the orders given to him.

Reed called the whole ordeal a learning experience and said that it gave him and others the chance to evaluate his decisions. He also said he had support from his ward and planned to move on from the situation.
