CLEVELAND -- A former Strongsville substitute teacher was arraigned Tuesday on charges stemming from a sexual relationship with a 17-year-old student.Christine Scarlett, 39, is charged with 18 counts of sexual battery. Her relationship with former Strongsville High School football captain Steven Bradigan led to the birth of their now 2-year-old son.Scarlett's bond was set at $10,000.Last month, a custody battle between the two ended when both parties agreed to share custody of the child.
