Judge Allows LeBron's Mom To Resume Some Driving Privileges
Gloria James' DUI Trial To Begin Next Week

AKRON, Ohio -- The mother of Cavs star LeBron James was in court again on Monday in connection with her DUI arrest.Gloria James, 37, is accused of struggling with officers when she was stopped in January. Police said she kicked the windows of a patrol car.At the pretrial hearing, a judge decided James could resume some of her driving privileges.Her trial is set for May 30.
