Hiram Students Killed In Crash Being Remembered At Memorial

Students Killed After Car Hit Head-On By Pickup Truck

UPDATED: 7:36 am EDT April 12, 2006

A local community will have a chance to remember and honor the lives of two local college students killed in a recent crash.

Grace Chamberlain and Andrew Hopkins, both 18, died after the car they were riding in was hit head-on earlier this month. A third student, 19-year-old Evan Dasilva, remains hospitalized.

NewsChannel5 reported the memorial was being held to remember the two students who were part of a small campus at Hiram College. About 900 students attend the school.

The driver of the other vehicle, James Cline, is charged with two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide. He pleaded not guilty in court Tuesday.
