CLEVELAND -- As President George W. Bush arrived at Cleveland Hopkins Airport Monday for his speech at the City Club, he also presented an award to a Garfield Heights woman.Lois Hagood received the President's Volunteer Service Award. She has been a volunteer with Experience Corps Cleveland for six years. Images: President Honors Local Woman Experience Corps gives volunteers over age 55 to opportunity to serve as tutors and mentors to children in urban public schools and after-school programs.Hagood tutors first-graders in reading at the Robert H.
