CLEVELAND -- It was an unsual scene on the first day of opening arguments in the trial of Biswanth Halder, NewsChannel5 reported.Halder is the man accused of going on a shooting rampage at Case Western Reserve University in May of 2003.It was unusual because a black box containing Halder's hairpiece was delivered to the courtroom. That was a significant turn of events because Halder's attorneys would not let the trial begin until the hairpiece arrived, citing Halder's religious beliefs.Court watchers told WEWS that Halder was not happy with the hairpiece.Halder is charged with killing one student and injuring two others at Case.
