CLEVELAND -- Cleveland police described a shooting at a local bar a ghoulish robbery.

Four men wearing masks from the movie Scream shot and killed a patron at the Peanut Bar on West 84th Street and Denison Avenue just before the bar's 1 a.m. closing time Friday night, NewsChannel5 reported.

According to witnesses, one of the men had a shotgun. He opened fire on customers, fatally shooting 39-year-old Danny Carare (pictured above) in the back as he tried to get away.

The wife of bar owner Dennis Dombrowski was also injured in the gunfire.

Police said the suspects got away on foot and are still on the loose.

"It's very alarming. They're dressed in Halloween costumes. They're coming in, they're not afraid. They're firing weapons as soon as they enter, and people are being injured and robbed. So its very alarming," said Sgt. Dan Galmarini.
