CLEVELAND -- Construction crews working on a bridge in Munroe Falls to improve the city's water quality have unearthed a rock ledge that creates a natural waterfall, NewsChannel5 reported. The mayor is proposing the ledge beneath the black muck be cleaned to expose to the city’s new waterfall. The city’s planning commission will meet Wednesday to discuss the idea.
