CLEVELAND -- With less than a month to go before the Democratic runoff, the race for Cleveland mayor is picking up steam, NewsChannel5 reported. Candidates' Info U.S. State Rep. Stephanie Tubbs-Jones announced Monday that she will support City Council President Frank Jackson in the upcoming election. She made the announcement during the 11th Annual Congressional District Parade. The Cleveland mayoral primary is Oct. 4. The top two vote getters will square off in the November General Election.
