Hudson Woman Pleads Guilty To 13th DUI Charge

Woman Will Spend At Least 8 Years In Prison

A Hudson woman pleaded guilty Tuesday to vehicular assault and driving under the influence stemming from a January crash that left another person badly injured.

Jane Senne, 51, pleaded guilty to a DUI specification that is part of a new law, which requires prison time for multiple DUI offenses. .

Senne has had 12 prior DUI charges and nine convictions.

She will be sentenced on Aug. 17, and will receive a mandatory sentence of eight years. She will also lose her driver's license for life.

Police say Senne turned on state Route 303 into the path of a car driven by 21-year-old Natasha Marple, of Cuyahoga Falls.

Marple was hospitalized for a shattered hip and underwent several surgeries to repair the damage.
