BROOK PARK, Ohio -- Some Brook Park residents are puzzled by a bright red light that appeared in the sky over the weekend.

So far, there is still no answer to the mysterious light.

Shari Apathy captured the object on videotape, a red ball of light, zigzagging and getting larger in the sky.

Brook Park police said they got several calls about people who also saw the light.

Some thought it might have been a stray fireworks, other thought it was a shooting star.

One resident claimed he called NASA and was told the red light was a meteor, but NewsChannel5 could not confirm this theory.
