Father Pleads Not Guilty To Harming Brain-Damaged Son

CLEVELAND -- A man accused of shaking his infant son pleaded not guilty. Matthew Stein was arraigned Tuesday on charges of felonious assault and child endangering.Authorities say Stein shook his son, Aiden, causing severe brain damage. The 17-month-old has been in a vegetative state for more than a year.Aiden remains at Akron Children's Hospital in intensive care.The date for Stein's pretrial hearing has not yet been set.
