CLEVELAND -- The investigation continues into a foul smell still triggering many complaints to local health officials, NewsChannel5 reported. Dozens of people reported the smell is giving them headaches and upset stomachs as they drive through downtown Cleveland. Health officials cited a General Environmental Management, a factory in the Flats, for the smell.The company’s president has not admitted that they are the source, but said they will submit a corrective action plan to fix the problem.
