Doctor Says Alleged Case Shooter Is Delusional
Man Refers To Case As 'Evil Empire'

CLEVELAND -- A judge will determine if Biswanth Halder is competent to stand trial, NewsChannel5 reported.
SLIDESHOW: Case Shooting As part of that proceeding, Dr. James Eisenberg, a forensic psychologist, said he's been evaluating Halder since August 2003. In May 2003, Halder allegedly walked into the Peter B. Lewis School of Management building shot and killed one person and wounded two others. Eisenberg said Halder is delusional. He also said Halder had a lawsuit against Case and believed that someone there was trying to hurt him by breaking into his computer and ruining his Internet business that he was trying to start and referred to the university as an "evil empire."
